Grindal Cheese Factory is a small handverkssysteri in Westport. We ystar of fresh and unpasteurized milk from their own animals-cows and goats. Two farms, two sisters, a cheese factory. Grindal cheese factory located in farm building in Grindalsjelom. Fresh milk slkal turned into blue cheese, feta cheese, yogurt, ricotta and chèvre.
We looked into production in April! Both farms are recruits to organic, and 1/1 2015, milk coming into the vat organic.
